AiDash Internship 2025: Hiring Software Engineering Intern

The Role

At AiDash, our Professional Services-Application Engineering team bridges the gap between product and customer outcomes. We take the core platform and tailor it to each customer’s unique workflows, systems, and objectives—building customisations, integrations, and extensions that unlock real, measurable value.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Deliver customer‑focused solutions: Build and deploy migrations, upgrades, and tailored customisations that extend AiDash’s product to meet unique customer workflows and objectives.
• Own full stack development: Work on both backend (Python and Java) and frontend (React with TypeScript) to create end‑to‑end solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with PS leads, customer success, and R&D teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Ensure quality and reliability at every step: Write testable, production‑ready code, proactively debug issues, and uphold engineering standards through reviews, documentation, and support.
• Innovate & iterate: Stay current with industry best practices and contribute ideas to improve our tech stack, architecture, and workflows.

What we’re looking for:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from a top-tier institute
• Solid foundation in programming fundamentals, especially Python (or equivalent backend) and React
• Good understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Clear and concise communicator, both in writing and in discussions
• Ability to write scalable, clean, maintainable code
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, customer-oriented mindset
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
