What you’ll be doing

• Assist in day-to-day IT operations and support activities across various domains (e.g., infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data analytics).
• Participate in project workstreams under guidance, contributing to documentation, testing, and implementation tasks.
• Learn and apply IT tools, platforms, and processes used within Baxter’s global environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and support technology solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work, progress, and learnings throughout the program.

What you’ll bring

• Educational Background: B. Tech/B.E., Engineering Diploma, BCA, or B.Sc.
• Graduation Year: 2021 or later
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with less than 1 year of experience
• Documents: Provisional or degree certificate
• Must have a valid Aadhaar number
• Should not have participated in any prior apprenticeship program
