Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, training, and evaluation of AI/ML models for various business use cases.

• Work with senior engineers to build data pipelines and prepare datasets for model development.

• Support the implementation and deployment of models into production, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Write clean, efficient, and well documented code in Python and related libraries.

• Participate in PoCs, research activities, and continuous learning of new AI frameworks and technologies.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams—including data engineering, product, and domain experts—to deliver AI features and solutions.

• Support the development of GenAI applications using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Crew.ai (good to have).

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.

• Follow best practices in MLOps, version control, model tracking, and testing.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals (supervised, unsupervised learning).

• Knowledge / Experience in AI Model Engineering.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, or C++.

• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit Learn.

• Understanding of core concepts in one or more areas:

  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)

  • Computer Vision

  • Generative AI models

  • Deep Learning architecture

• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem solving.

• Basic familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) is an added advantage.

• Eagerness to learn and a strong foundation in mathematics (probability, statistics, linear algebra).

Good to Have (Optional)

• Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, Crew.ai or other agentic frameworks.

• Experience with Flask / FastAPI / Django for building ML-backed applications.

• Knowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD, or basic MLOps tools.

• Participation in AI/ML competitions, Kaggle, personal AI projects, or internships.

Technical and Professional Requirements

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics, Electrical, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.

• M.Tech / MS in related fields (optional for fresher hiring).

• Strong academic projects related to AI/ML will be considered a plus.
